71128 Grey Violet 17 ml is a key shade in the Model Air range that opens up diverse creative possibilities for scale modelling. The paint impresses with high colour intensity and excellent handling properties.

Model Air is the Vallejo paint range specifically designed for airbrush application in scale modelling. These matte water-based acrylic paints offer the most comprehensive selection of historically accurate military colours from WWI to the present day. Each shade is based on thorough research of military colour references. Model Air can be used directly or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner at a recommended compressor pressure of 15–20 PSI.

Model Air works with all common nozzle sizes. For fine detail, a 0.2–0.3 mm nozzle is recommended; for larger areas, 0.3–0.5 mm. Compressor pressure: 15–20 PSI.

71128 Grey Violet can be used straight from the bottle or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. The ideal mixing ratio depends on the desired opacity and nozzle diameter.

Yes, although Model Air is primarily designed for airbrushing, it can also be applied by brush. For extensive brush work, Model Color is the better choice.
