Twist the Stirring Rod and Discover the Secret Classroom

 

The central play function lies in the stirring rod mechanism: twist the stirring rod on the cauldron and the vessel opens to reveal the hidden classroom within. Inside stand removable desks, a blackboard with recipes and shelves full of potion bottles. The LEGO ingredients cover three famous potions: Wolfsbane Potion, Polyjuice Potion and Love Potion. Professor Snape oversees the lesson with his typically stern expression, while Hermione, as the top student, brews the potions to perfection.

When closed, the cauldron looks like a steaming brewing vessel complete with bubbles and green contents. As a display piece it works as decoration on a shelf or desk. The 20 cm height and round shape make it an unusual eye-catcher that also doubles as Halloween decor.
